![]() I am getting 200-400KB speeds when connected to SSL VPN. It is connected to a 100/100Mbps dedicated fiber connection. ![]() I've waited upwards of 3 days for return calls.Īny suggestions or advice? Is anyone getting more than 1MB/s upload with the NetExtender client? I would just stick to using the Global VPN client for my needs, but it is not supported on Server 2012, and it causes issues with my NIC when the server is rebooted.ĭell Sonicwall support these days is a complete joke. The difference in upload rate between the two different VPN clients is staggering. Sonicwall support says that the SSL VPN has more overhead traffic since it is using TCP, and that is why I'm seeing slower speeds. ![]() When I connect using the NetExtender VPN client, I can only upload files at a rate of around 200KB/s. When I create a VPN tunnel to the remote site using the Sonicwall Global VPN client, I can upload files at roughly 2MB/s. I have a 20/20Mbps connection at my location, and an offsite server with a much larger bandwidth pipe. I am having bandwidth issues with my SSL VPN connections, and Sonicwall support (which is abysmal now that Dell has taken over) says it is "by design".
